Painting and Bonding Station with Aspiration System
Extraction table and station for colouring the edge of leather goods (bags, wallets, etc.) even with very irregular profiles and with water-based paints.

This specific solution has been designed for painting the edges of several pieces of the same shape at the same time (max. dimensions 60x600 mm), without any smudging and with considerable savings in production times.

In this machine the system passes, after pressing the material horizontally, to a vertical position where it rotates 180° for an excellent consistent finish.

The painting station is equipped with a spray gluing system using water-based glues. The painting station is fixed on guides that allow it to be brought into the work area only when needed, leaving the front space free for processes, such as gluing, which require a work area with an extraction system.
