This machine has been designed to allow a single operator to carry out two operations: marking the box sole and roughing the upper edge.

Roughing is done with a steel brush and with an adjustable stop guide with two different roughing widths (edge and slot) selected by pneumatic control.

With manual positioning of the arm from vertical to horizontal, shoe locking by means of height self-adjusting pneumatic cylinders, adjustable inclination of the sole support in the toe part, and foam rubber sole support base that facilitates the positioning during pressing.

The speed of the brush is adjustable up to 4,500 rpm, with reverse rotation of the motor for re-sharpening of the brush.

The machine is equipped with a dust extractor, an emergency brake and an operator position light.

Possibility to have the upper marker arm on the right or left according to working needs.
